Designations
Silverleaf’s professional managers have achieved designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), the Association Manager Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), which is the highest designation awarded by the Community Association Institute. Silverleaf Management Group has earned the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation, and holds this honor with only a handful of other Georgia community management companies.
Meet Our Team
Lisa Turner
President/CEO
Lisa Turner is the Founder and Broker of Silverleaf Management Group, where she brings more than 25 years of experience in community association management—as both a homeowner leader and a credentialed professional. After working in the metro Atlanta area for many years, Lisa founded Silverleaf in 2009 with a clear vision: to build a company grounded in partnership, humble confidence, and integrity, offering not just management services but transformational leadership to the communities it serves.
Lisa currently serves as Vice-Chair of the CAI-Georgia Legislative Action Committee (LAC) and is slated to chair the committee for the 2026 legislative session. She was the 2021 President of the Georgia Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has contributed to the chapter in numerous leadership roles, including chairing the Public Relations Committee and serving on the Magazine and Government & Public Affairs Committees. From 2013 to 2021, she served as a Director for the Alliance of Community Association Managers (ACAM-CEO), a national organization supporting management company executives.
A strong advocate for raising industry standards, Lisa is deeply committed to shaping policy, mentoring professionals, and empowering board members through education, transparency, and meaningful partnership. She holds the CMCA, AMS, and PCAM designations—the highest credentials awarded by CAI. Under her leadership, Silverleaf earned the prestigious Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation in 2016.
Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Berry College and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She lives on a horse farm in Monroe, Georgia, with her husband Joel, and their two children, Ashlyn and Jared.

Jacqueline (CAM, EBP) brings 13 years of experience in real estate asset management, community association leadership, and strategic growth initiatives. She has led large teams, managed multi-million-dollar operating budgets, and developed high-impact partnerships that drive organizational success. With expertise in capital project oversight, contract negotiations, financial strategy, and developer services, Jacqueline is a valuable asset to our team.
When she’s not working, Jacqueline enjoys relaxing at the beach with her family and her two beloved dogs, Barnaby and Bella.
